Return PolicyWe like to make things simple and straight forward. Our return policy is this, if you are not satisfied with your purchase return it within 30 days in an unused unopened condition and we will refund your purchase price less the original cost for us to ship the order. Refunds can take up to 7 days to show up on your credit card or through your PayPal account. If your order was placed over 30 days prior, then we may opt not to accept the return. If we accept the return after 30 days there is a 15% restocking fee.
You do not need an RMA # or even to contact us prior to returning the item. You must however include the original packing slip and the reason for the return (so we know if there was something wrong, or you just ordered the wrong item, etc).
The most important thing is that you got the product from us that you wanted and are satisfied. If you didn't let us know about it and we will work with you.
If the item is defective the best thing is usually to contact the manufacturer. Most of our items have manufacturer warranties and you will most often be sent a new item directly from them. You are also welcome to contact us directly regarding a defective item.
Due to the long shipping times and cost of international shipping, orders outside the U.S. and Canada may not be returned or exchanged. Of course all of the product warranties will still be honored. We are easy to work with so please contact us if you are not satisfied and we will work something out with you.
