Order Status
Has my order shipped?
We always send automatic emails
out to the email address you provided during your order with order, shipping
and tracking information.
The other way to get information about your order is to log in to your account
and click on the "My Account" like at the top right side of the page.
Within the My Account page click on the link "View Your Order/Billing
History." From there you can view all of your orders and get details on
whether or not your order has shipped yet.
If you still cannot find the information you need please email us your order
number and name so we can look up the order and get you the information you

How long will my order take to arrive once it has shipped?
If you chose a non guaranteed shipping method (guaranteed
methods are like UPS 2nd day, next day, etc) you can expect your order to
arrive between 1-7 days after it has shipped depending upon the shipping
carrier and method you chose.
For International packages we cannot guarantee any certain delivery date. We
ship both USPS and UPS to Canada and USPS to other countries. If you choose the
cheapest shipping method available you can expect depending on your Country
that it may take 3-4 weeks to arrive. We recommend that you select USPS Express
shipping if you want the package within 5-10 days.

An item is missing from my order.
We ship from two distribution
centers in Utah and Colorado. Some orders may have items that ship separately
from these distribution centers. You should expect the orders no later than two
days apart. If you are still missing part of an order after two days of
receiving the first package please send an email to
help@sprinklersystemstore.com and include your name and order number. Please
tell us what you ordered that was missing and we will take care of the

Refunds & Returns
There is nothing wrong with my item I just want to return it.
We like to make things simple and straight forward. Our
return policy is this, if you are not satisfied with your purchase return it
within 30 days in an unused unopened condition and we will refund your purchase
price less the original cost for us to ship the order. Refunds can take up to 7
days to show up on your credit card or through your PayPal account.
You do not need an RMA # or even to contact us prior to returning the item. You
must however include the original packing slip and the reason for the return
(so we know if there was something wrong, or you just ordered the wrong item,
etc).
The most important thing is that you got the product from us that you wanted
and are satisfied. If you didn't let us know about it and we will work with
you.
International Returns
Due to the long shipping times and cost of international shipping, orders
outside the U.S. and Canada may not be returned or exchanged. Of course all of
the product warranties will still be honored. We are easy to work with so
please contact us if you are not satisfied and we will work something out with
you.
The item I ordered is not working correctly.
If the item is defective the best thing is usually to contact the manufacturer. Most of our items have manufacturer warranties and you will most often be sent a new item directly from them. You are also welcome to contact us directly regarding a defective item.
